Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • Mapillai Samba Rice – 1 cup (cooked, cooled)
  • Spring Onion – ¼ cup
  • Mixed Bell Peppers – ½ cup
  • Garlic – 2 cloves (minced)

Sauce Mix:

  • Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Rice Vinegar – 1 tsp
  • Toasted Sesame Oil – ½ tsp
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions for Mapillai Samba Stir-Fried Rice:

Preparation:

  • Cook and cool rice in advance.
  • Chop all vegetables finely.

Cooking Process:

  • Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add veggies and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add cooked rice and sauce mix. Toss well.
