Ingredients
Main Ingredients:
- Karuppu Kavuni Rice – ½ cup
- Banana (sliced) – 1
- Mixed Berries – ½ cup
- Greek Yoghurt – ½ cup
- Honey or Maple Syrup – 1 tbsp
- Chia Seeds – 1 tsp
- Almonds / Walnuts – 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Water – 1½ cups
Instructions for Karuppu Kavuni Breakfast Bowl:
Preparation:
- Rinse and soak Karuppu Kavuni rice for 6 hours. Drain before use.
- Boil rice in 1½ cups water until soft and chewy (around 25–30 minutes). Let it cool.
Cooking Process:
- In a bowl, add cooked rice and a few spoons of yoghurt. Mix to a thick consistency.
- Top with banana slices, berries, chia seeds, and chopped nuts.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
Serving Suggestions:
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
- Best enjoyed as a post-workout breakfast or brunch bowl.

- You can prepare the rice the night before and store it in the fridge.
