- Cooked Seeraga Samba Rice – 1 cup
- Curd – 1 cup
- Milk – ¼ cup
- Salt – to taste
Tempering:
- Mustard – ½ tsp
- Urad Dal – 1 tsp
- Ginger – 1 tsp (chopped)
- Green Chilli – 1
- Curry Leaves – 5
- Hing – a pinch
- Oil – 1 tsp
Optional Garnish:
- Pomegranate
- Grated Carrot
- Coriander

Cooking Process:
- Mash rice gently, mix with milk and curd.
- Prepare tempering and pour over rice.
- Garnish and serve cool.
