Seeraga Samba Curd Rice

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • Cooked Seeraga Samba Rice – 1 cup
  • Curd – 1 cup
  • Milk – ¼ cup
  • Salt – to taste

Tempering:

  • Mustard – ½ tsp
  • Urad Dal – 1 tsp
  • Ginger – 1 tsp (chopped)
  • Green Chilli – 1
  • Curry Leaves – 5
  • Hing – a pinch
  • Oil – 1 tsp

Optional Garnish:

  • Pomegranate
  • Grated Carrot
  • Coriander

Instructions for Seeraga Samba Curd Rice:

Cooking Process:

  • Mash rice gently, mix with milk and curd.
  • Prepare tempering and pour over rice.
  • Garnish and serve cool.
